In 2012, St. Matthew's joined with the parishes of Our Lady of Guadalupe, St. John Vianney, and St. Michael to create a new pre-K to 8th grade school. Community of Saints Regional School is located in West St. Paul on the former St. Michael Parish campus (see address below).

Through the generosity of the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation, we are offering tuition and referral credits for the 2015-2016 school year. We’ve been blessed with a $50,000 matching grant for tuition assistance from the Schulze Family Foundation and have set an enrollment target of 175 students. Community of Saints offers a high-quality Catholic education in a small school environment. Help us spread the word about our school
We have these great credits we have to offer:
$1,000 New Student Credit – any new K-8 student who enrolls in the 2015-2016 school year will receive a $1,000 credit. Additionally, need-based tuition assistance is available for all our families and these credits do not affect the amount of tuition assistance a family may receive.
20% Referral Credit – Current or new families who refer another family will receive a 20% tuition credit for the 2015-2016 school year if the family enrolls. Refer more than 1 family –receive an additional 10% for the 2015-2016 school year for each additional family. This credit does not affect the amount of need-based tuition assistance a family may receive. Referrals are credited per new family regardless of number of students in the family.
Please note that we have until August 31, 2015 to raise the money for the $50,000 matching grant for tuition assistance from the Schulze Family Foundation. No gift is too small. If you are interested in supporting Community of Saints, donations can be mailed to the school or feel free to contact us at 651-457-2510. COS has brought together the many traditions, values and cultures of the four parishes that are its sponsors. The result is a rich mix that truly reflects the diversity of the community ethnically and economically, as well as presenting different traditions within the Catholic faith. By engaging students in a multi-faceted and multi-cultural school environment, they learn to appreciate and value diversity and are better prepared to assume a leadership role in addressing the challenges of a diverse world community.
Community of Saints staff has been traveling to the different Lenten meals offered at our sponsoring parishes. School families and staff worked and/or attended the St. Matthew's Fish Fry two weeks ago, and last week we visited St. John Vianney. Both experiences were delicious! It is fun to support our parishes and witness their active communities--we look forward to enchiladas at Our Lady of Guadalupe in the near future!
Community of Saints is proud to announce that our nationally accredited, four star preschool program has received Parent Aware status! This recognition means that Community of Saints School has been identified and acknowledged by the state of Minnesota for its high quality program, and is now an organization that can receive Parent Aware scholarship money towards tuition from families who qualify for Parent Aware support through the state.
