Fall Festival update 8-19-2018

Fall Festival – Saturday & Sunday, Sept 22-23

Saturday: Bingo will begin at 5:30 pm. until 9:00 pm. A variety of food items will be available in the Social Hall right after mass at 5 pm. Several of the booths will be open starting at 3 pm – including the Bakery booth, Jewelry, Silent Auction and Grandma’s Treasures.

Sunday: All booths including the Paddle Wheel will be in operation from 11:00 am to 4 pm. All Children’s games will be outside on the playground. (In case of rain Children’s games will be in lower level of Parish Center.) The kitchen will be serving our famous tacos, burgers, brats, and hot dogs from the grill.

Donations: We will be pleased to accept your donations before and after mass every Saturday and Sunday. Please bring them to the back of the church. Donations during the week on Monday through Friday will be accepted at the Parish Center from 9 am to 4 pm.

Donation suggestions include:

Silent Auction – New items, gift certificates, collectibles. Include price. 

Bakery – Baked Goods, canned goods, crafts

Jewelry – Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, clips, hats, purses, scarves.,

religious articles – rosaries, prayer books etc.

Pie Booth – Any type of pie, ice cream (gallon size) needed the week of festival in

Bottle Lotto – Individually wrapped candy, fruit roll-ups, snack crackers, granoloa bars & other edible treats. Plus: Back to School Supplies, socks, hats, gloves etc. Any fun articles that will fit into a jar. No Gum Please

Root Beer Floats – Root Beer and any other flavor pop in liter bottles.

Paddle Wheel – $25 or $30 Gift Cards for restaurants. (Buy from Scrip and help the parish twice!)                                                          

Kid’s Games – Prizes for kids of all ages.  (Oriental Trading is an excellent web site as is Amazon.com. Search under “Carnival Prizes.” Many prizes for reasonable price.
