Eight classical music concerts are being presented on St. Paul’s West Side community, Fall of 2019 through Spring of 2020. Here are the remaining concerts which will take place at the Church of St. Matthew, 510 Hall Ave., St. Paul, MN 55107. Note: The March 12 SPCO concert (listed below) was originally scheduled for Humboldt High School but they are undergoing construction so the venue was switched to St. Matt’s.
The Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies’ Concertino group will perform a concert with Mariachi Mi Tierra at 1 :30 p.m., at St. Matthew’s on Saturday, February 22. Admission is free. Facebook event: facebook.com/events/552367985352557
The St. Paul Chamber Orchestra will perform Beethoven’s Seventh Symphony at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 12, at the Church of St. Matthew. Tickets are free for West Side residents. The program is called “Beethoven’s Seventh Symphony: What Makes it Great?” – hosted by Rob Kapilow.
Wolfgang Chamber Music Players will perform at 4 p.m., Sunday, April 19, at St. Matthew’s. Admission is free.
