VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES & PARISH NEEDS
“Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8
COMMUNION TO HOMEBOUND: Do you have family, neighbors or friends who are unable to attend mass? If you would like to take communion to them in their homes, call the Parish Center or see a Sacristan before mass. If you do not have a pyx one will be provided.
I invite anyone who could help with this volunteer opportunity to contact me through the parish office or email me at
THANK YOU To the 104 parishioners who attended the in-person mass last Saturday. To Fr. Adrian who through his homily, gave us strength and hope. To John who assists where needed and makes sure everyone & everything is where it needs to be. To our Pianist Jill & Cantor Linda, Lectors Mooreen & Joe, Eucharistic Ministers Ginny Dave & Mike, Ushers Greg, Diane & Tim, Server Paul & Sacristans Mary & Ginny. Thank you to Alan, who through his talent films our masses, making it possible for many of our parishioners to take part on-line!
We thank those who brought the Eucharist from mass to their family & friends. Delfina, Dave, Joe, Ginny, Kathy, Debbie, Tim, & Sue.
THANK YOU to Fr. Steve, Anthony & Isabella who did the readings for Stations of the Cross which were filmed after Mass last Sat. evening. To pianist Jill & Cantor Linda. To Director John & Videographer Alan. The Stations of the Cross premiered last Mon., 2/22 on You Tube and on the parish Facebook page. The video is available for viewing through Good Friday!
THANK YOU to the 382+ who, through Drive-Up, attended our first Lenten Fish Fry for 2021! Thank you to Tim, Diane, Greg, Ginny, Bill, Members of the Men’s Club, and other parishioners who volunteered to help with set-up and clean-up! A huge Thank You to Bridget from COS and Special Thanks to Parents & Students from COS. They took orders, delivered orders to kitchen, and brought meals back to cars waiting in church parking lot and on Hall Ave. All done with very little Wait time! If you did not have a chance to enjoy a great meal, as well as financially help our parish, you have 6 more Fridays to enjoy the experience!!
