BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS: As we continue to return to pre-COVID “normalcy” we would like to again offer blood pressure checks once a month. As in the past, blood pressure will be checked after Masses on the third weekend of the month. If you are trained and qualified to check blood pressures, and would be willing to offer this service to our parishioners, please contact Mary at or the parish office at 651-224-9793. The parish has all the equipment needed to offer this service.
SUPPORT GROUPS: Dealing with the sickness and death of family members and friends can be daunting. We have received requests to begin a support group to help loved ones deal with their own emotions while taking care of or dealing with the sickness or death in their lives. If you would like to see the opportunity of grief support in our parish, please call the parish office at 651-224-9793.
BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS: Thank you to Suzanne and Scott who have volunteered to offer blood pressure checks to our parish. This will begin in October (date TBD) after the 4:15 PM and 10:15 AM Masses.
CARPENTRY: Thank you to Shelley who is building new bookshelves for parish use.
STRAWBERRIES: Over 50 people came and volunteered their time during the 12 days that strawberry cleaning was taking place in our Social Hall. 5 volunteers arrived at 5:30 AM to set up supplies, meet the semi truck delivering 800 lbs. – 1000 lbs. of berries, open the containers, put berries in the tub of water and fill the colanders with berries to be cleaned. Over 50 volunteers spent the next three or more hours cutting the tops off the berries. The socialization was priceless! An insert listing the names of all who offered their time to this effort will be in a future bulletin. This effort was added proof that:
